Welcome to SipFit. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SipFit online store and the purchase of products from us. By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • You are located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is completely accurate, complete, or error-free at all times. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice
  • Limit the quantity of any product available for purchase
  • Refuse or cancel orders for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system errors

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are not included in the product price unless a free shipping promotion is active.

4. Payment

SipFit accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Full payment must be made upon receipt of your order. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in your account being flagged and future orders being restricted.
  • Online Payment Methods: We may also accept additional payment methods supported by our payment providers in Saudi Arabia. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

All transactions are processed securely. SipFit does not store your payment card details.

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Inability to verify delivery address or contact details

You will be notified promptly in the event your order is cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded.

Delivery is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on your location. SipFit is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, brand name, images, product descriptions, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of SipFit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
