At SipFit, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our delivery process, timelines, and terms for customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
1. Delivery Coverage
SipFit currently delivers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We deliver to all major cities and regions across KSA, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Tabuk, Abha, and more.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation or order verification. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order details before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Regions across KSA: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on the following factors:
- Your delivery location within Saudi Arabia
- The total value of your order
- Current promotions or free shipping offers
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow our store for the latest offers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking information (where available from our courier partner) via WhatsApp or the contact details provided at the time of order. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at the time of order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, SipFit is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company operations or capacity issues
- Public holidays or government-declared events in Saudi Arabia
- Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or item. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work to resolve it promptly.
