At SipFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable) intact
- Proof of purchase is available (order number or order confirmation)
- The return or exchange request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
2. Non-Eligible Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned after 7 days of the delivery date
- Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or missing manuals
- Items that are not in their original condition due to customer handling
- Perishable goods, digital products, or items marked as final sale
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. In such cases:
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you
- SipFit will cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Please provide photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve your issue quickly
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp (details below)
- Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team

5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, SipFit will cover all return shipping costs.
- For all other returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method
- Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your exchange request
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
